At Jute Gardens we are focused on the well-being of the people who live and work in the region where our products are produced. We support The Gold Standard, an organization established in 2003 by WWF and other international NGOs to ensure projects that reduced carbon emissions featured the highest levels of environmental integrity and also contributed to sustainable development. Through The Gold Standard, we support the 100.5 MW Wind Power Project in Madhya Pradesh, India, a clean electricity program that has played an important role in reducing CO2 emissions and will continue to contribute to the economic growth of the area.
